Who we are

How we describe condition
We would rather tell you what we do not know than guess. Each listing shows a condition badge, the quantity we hold, cosmetic notes, and whether the unit is boxed. Where exact age or a spec is not recorded, the page says so.
Frequently asked questions
Where does the stock come from?
It is surplus from our own corporate event deployments. The items were used at events and are now listed for sale.
What do Tested, Untested and For parts mean?
Tested means our inventory records list the item as Grade A/B, tested and working. Untested means there is no test result on record. For parts means the item is sold for repair or spares. Working (laptops) means we have recorded battery and speed notes.
Is there a warranty?
Items are sold as-is. A 7-day testing warranty is negotiable on most listings. Ask us when you enquire.
Are accessories included?
It varies by item. Each listing says whether the unit is boxed, unit only, or with a power adapter. Confirm other accessories such as injectors, mounts and cables when you enquire.
Can I see photos?
Many listings have photos of the actual unit. For the rest, photos are available on request. Message us the SKU and ask.
How is pricing worked out?
Prices are on quote. Message us the SKU and quantity and we will reply with a price.
